St. Patrick's Day Cheese Ball
Adapted from What Megan's Making
8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 cup butter, at room temperature
1 1/2 cups french vanilla cake mix
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2-3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Vanilla wafers for serving
In a stand mixer beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add in the cake mix, brown sugar and powdered sugar, beat until smooth. Transfer to a large piece of plastic wrap and wrap into a ball.
Refridgerate for 2 hours.
Place mini chocolate chips in a shallow dish.
Unwrap the cheese ball and roll in chocolate chips.
Place on a serving plate and serve with vanilla wafers.
